There is no evidence the lead in Stanley-brand thermal mugs can or could harm to consumers, the manufacturer of the virally popular Adventure Quencher Tumbler argued in a case claiming it falsely advertised its products.

Pacific Market International LLC reiterated its products are safe and claimed in a motion to dismiss filed Wednesday that the lawsuit brought by consumers contains no evidence of injury or deception.
