Solar Company Agrees to Let Go of Vermont Facility Siting Suit

A company that invests in real estate for solar projects dropped its challenge against a Vermont town for blocking the development of a new facility.

PLH Vineyard Sky LLC purchases land for Allco Renewable Energy Limited’s solar projects, and it applied to the Town of Bennington, Vt., for a determination that its property for a solar facility is a preferred site so it could satisfy the siting process under state law.
