Pipeline Contractor Dodges Claims Over Failure to Deliver Wood

A Pennsylvania pipeline contractor beat claims that it failed to deliver wood to a timber harvesting company, a federal judge ruled, adopting a magistrate judge’s report and recommendation.

Frank Krammes Timber Harvesting Inc. said that it sought approval from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, modified its facilities, and trained employees after Letourneau Enterprises LLC promised to deliver wood from the Atlantic Sunrise Pipeline Project.

But Letourneau instead delivered the materials to sites operated by third parties, Krammes said in its lawsuit.
