Mountain Valley Accused of Ramping Up on Virginia Pipeline (1)

Mountain Valley Pipeline LLC has allegedly escalated construction for the controversial pipeline after Virginia landowners filed an emergency injunction to stop the project’s progress on their properties.

The landowners told the US Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit on Monday that the company has allegedly sent crews to work overtime as retaliation for plaintiffs asking the court for emergency relief because bulldozers were already in sight.
