Texas-Mexico Gas Pipeline Review Upheld by Appeals Court (1)

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission properly limited its review of a proposed natural gas pipeline project to a small section running from Texas to the Mexican border before approving it, the DC Circuit said.

“FERC reasonably declined to exercise jurisdiction” over the entire Saguaro Connector Pipeline LLC project, the US Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia said on Aug. 1.
