EPA Says It’s Looking Into Air Quality Concerns at Michigan Lab

The EPA is “looking into” the air quality concerns raised by its biggest union and will collaborate with the union to address them, an agency spokeswoman told Bloomberg Law.

The American Federation of Government Employees Local 704 has filed a formal grievance with the Environmental Protection Agency, alleging that some emergency response staffers have been made to work in a prefabricated office that doesn’t meet basic standards for air ventilation.
