Environmental groups failed to overturn the dismissal of a suit that aimed to compel the Environmental Protection Agency to publish the latest state and federal water quality standards.
The US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit upheld a lower court’s ruling Tuesday that found Our Children’s Earth Foundation and Ecological Rights Foundation failed to point to specific omissions in mandated listings of water quality standards from states and associated pollutant levels.
