The Environmental Protection Agency urged a federal court not to grant relief to a Texas county it says is futilely challenging the agency for terminating funds received from the Solar for All program.
“Plaintiff’s quest to revive the Solar for All program is hopeless. Congress repealed the program,” the EPA told the US District Court for the District of Columbia on Nov. 10.
