An environmental group dropped its suit alleging
The Center for Environmental Health filed a voluntary dismissal notice in the US District Court for the District of Columbia Tuesday. The dismissal was without prejudice, which suggests there’s been no settlement.
- According to the suit filed last year, Entegris violated the Environmental Protection Agency’s data reporting rule for imports of cobalt sulfate, phosphoric acid, di-(2-ethylhexyl)amine and 2-propylheptanol
- The group alleged Entegris failed to report certain chemicals in volumes of 25,000 pounds or greater between 2016 and 2019
