Domino’s Fails Again to Get High Court Look at Arbitration Case

A group of Domino’s Pizza LLC drivers who deliver ingredients can pursue their wage and hour class action after the US Supreme Court declined to review a finding that they are exempt from mandatory arbitration.

The justices declined the pizza chain’s bid Monday to examine a US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit order reinstating a 2021 ruling that the drivers qualify for a carveout to the Federal Arbitration Act because they are transportation workers engaged in interstate commerce.
