Lawsuit Against Ormat Dismissed Following Settlement (Correct)

Burning Man organizers and environmental groups officially dismissed their lawsuit against the Bureau of Land Management after separately reaching an agreement with geothermal energy developer Ormat Technologies Inc. last year.

The US District Court for the District of Nevada on Monday granted the plaintiffs’ motion to voluntary dismiss the lawsuit challenging the BLM’s environmental assessment of Ormat Technologies permits after the agency consented to the dismissal.
