The Biden administration can avoid most of Arizona’s lawsuit over its border policies because the state failed to show a connection between those policies and increased migration or harm to wildlife, a federal judge in the state ruled.
Arizona challenged the end to border wall construction, the end to the Trump-era “remain in Mexico” policy, and other decisions by the Department of Homeland Security.
