ThedaCare Inc. workers challenging the Wisconsin health system’s retirement plan fees received final court approval for their $980,000 class settlement.
The deal is slated to benefit about 18,820 people covered by ThedaCare’s retirement plan since August 2014. It represents about 17% of their total estimated losses, according to court filings announcing the settlement.
