The agreement is slated to benefit about 18,000 people covered by the Clean Harbors 401(k) plan since April 2016, plaintiff Adam Kruzell said in a June 21 motion. The settlement amount reflects about 10% of the alleged plan losses sought during the parties’ mediation process, according to the motion.
