Twitch Sued Again by CP Studios Over IP

Amazon.com’s Twitch unit was hit with a defensive refiling by CP Studios alleging its platform infringes four interactive live-streaming patents, Christopher Yasiejko reports.

Twitch’s live streaming and entertainment platform—including Twitch.tv, the Twitch mobile app, Twitch Studio, Twitch Bits, Twitch Turbo, and associated Twitch servers and subscriptions—allegedly infringes US Patent Nos. 9,604,132, 9,889,373, 10,632,388, and 11,731,054.
