Plaintiffs Drop Trinity Broadcasting Network Data Sharing Suit

A suit alleging that Trinity Broadcasting Network violated the Video Privacy Protection Act by sharing users’ video-viewing history with Meta Platforms was voluntarily dismissed.

The plaintiffs alleged the Christian television integrated Meta’s Pixel into its streaming servicve, TBN+, and used the social media network’s Conversions API to share user data directly from its servers.
