Top NLRB Lawyer Commits to Injunctions Despite Starbucks Ruling

The US Supreme Court’s recent decision making it harder for the National Labor Relations Board to obtain temporary injunctions doesn’t appear to change how the agency’s top lawyer approaches those orders.

In a Tuesday memo to field offices, NLRB General Counsel Jennifer Abruzzo said that “it remains my intention to aggressively seek Section 10(j) injunctions,” echoing her pledge from three years ago.
