Top Court Nixes Union’s Bid to Appeal Ruling in NLRB’s Place

The US Supreme Court prevented a union from seeking review of an appeals court decision that makes it easier for employers to win orders to block National Labor Relations Board cases accusing them of violating workers’ rights.

The justices denied Monday the Office and Professional Employees International Union’s request to step in for the NLRB after the agency chose not to fight the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit’s decision in NLRB v. SpaceX.
