The injunction request, approved by the board April 11, stems from an unfair labor practice case out of a unionized Starbucks cafe in Augusta, Ga., where the company is accused of illegally firing at least one organizer with Starbucks Workers United. The NLRB’s General Counsel also alleged that Starbucks failed to bargain with the union in good faith and discriminated against union supporters.
