A jury must decide whether a St. Louis public parks supervisor harassed a subordinate for talking about religion in the workplace.
The decision allowing a trial in Rodney Cooper’s religious harassment claim against the city of St. Louis comes amid a nationwide crackdown on harassment in employment and other arenas that has been led in part by federal job rights watchdog the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
