Sixth Cir. Upholds Biden’s Firing of Trump’s Top NLRB Lawyer (1)

The president does not overstep their constitutional authority by removing the National Labor Relations Board general counsel at any time, a federal appeals court has ruled.

The US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit held Wednesday that President Joe Biden had not violated the law by removing Trump-era NLRB General Counsel Peter Robb and replacing him with Peter Ohr shortly after Biden took office.
