President Joe Biden had the authority to fire the Trump administration’s top lawyer at the National Labor Relations Board, a federal appeals court in San Francisco ruled.
The US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit on Friday became the second federal appeals court to sign off on former NLRB General Counsel Peter Robb’s termination on Inauguration Day 2021. The Fifth Circuit reached the same conclusion in April 2022.
