A former Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation employee and the agency reached an agreement to settle a race discrimination lawsuit.
The attorney representing former PBGC employee Olumide Adefemi and the US attorney handling the case signed off Wednesday on a joint stipulation to dismiss the case with prejudice. The two sides came to an undisclosed settlement in the case, which was filed in 2024 in the US District Court for the District of Columbia.
