P&G Asks to Appeal DACA Discrimination Case Ruling Before Trial

Procter & Gamble Co. wants to appeal a federal court ruling rejecting its bid to end a lawsuit accusing the consumer products maker of hiring discrimination against participants in the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program.

Judge Kathleen Williams of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida seemed disinclined to grant that permission at a hearing in Miami on Wednesday.
