The White House is reviewing a final rule to change the financial disclosures that labor unions are required to file every year.
The Labor Department’s Office of Labor-Management Standards sent the regulation to the White House on Monday, according to the agency’s website. It is the latest effort by the Trump administration to alter reporting demands for labor unions.
A proposed rule published in the Federal Register in July 2025 sought to update the thresholds that trigger reporting requirements.
