First Circuit Keeps Veterans Affairs Union Deal in Place for Now

The Department of Veterans Affairs can’t proceed with terminating its collective bargaining agreement with the American Federation of Government Employees, a federal appeals court ruled.

The US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit reinforced May 16 a Rhode Island district court order that required the government to reinstate its union contract while the litigation continues.
