The board responsible for hearing federal employee appeals of personnel actions is a step closer to having its seats filled after a Senate panel on June 12 considered the nomination of B. Chad Bungard to be its vice chairman.
The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee is scheduled to vote on Bungard’s nomination on June 19.
