Enterprise Rent-A-Car must pay more than $6.6 million to black job applicants it discriminated against in hiring for management trainee jobs, a Labor Department administrative law judge ruled July 17.

The rental car company may also be indefinitely barred from holding government contracts unless an agreement is reached with the agency to prevent any future discrimination, or the company wins an appeal.
