Enterprise Rent-A-Car Sued for Alleged Hiring Bias

Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Baltimore discriminated against black applicants seeking entry-level management trainee positions, the Labor Department’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs alleged in an administrative complaint (OFCCP v. Enter. RAC Co. of Baltimore, LLC, Dep’t of Labor A.L.J., No. 2016-OFC-00006, complaint announced 6/9/16).

This is the sixth administrative action initiated by the OFCCP in fiscal year 2016, following hiring bias complaints filed against federal contractors such as Pilgrim’s Pride Corp., Ameriqual Group LLC and B&H Foto & Electronics Corp.
