The Department of Labor’s contractor watchdog is rolling out an online portal for construction companies that do business with the government to report information about their subcontractors.
The Notification Construction Contract Award Portal will launch Aug. 26, the DOL’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs announced Monday. Contractors are required to report subcontracts that amount to more than $10,000.
The OFCCP enforces anti-bias laws and affirmative action obligations among federal contractors. Director Jenny Yang told House lawmakers in April that the OFCCP plans to home in on construction companies in response to the $1 trillion infrastructure law passed last year. ...
