The Department of Labor’s federal contractor watchdog reinstated the use of monthly reports where companies doing construction projects disclose information about employees based on race, ethnicity, gender, and trade, as well as work hours.
The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, which enforces anti-bias laws for companies that do business with the federal government said Monday it is requiring contractors to submit Monthly Employment Utilization Report, or CC-257, reports for the first time in roughly three decades.
