DOL Contractor Watchdog Chief Yang Exiting for White House (1)

Jenny Yang, who has led the US Department of Labor’s contractor watchdog since the start of the Biden administration, will be leaving the agency for a position at the White House starting next week.

Yang will leave her post at the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs effective this week. She’ll become deputy assistant to the president for racial justice and equity at the White House Domestic Policy Council, a DOL spokesperson told Bloomberg Law.
