The US Department of Labor’s contractor watchdog will lose its top official this week, Jenny Yang, amid a broader leadership shuffle at the agency.
Yang, who has served as director of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs since the start of the Biden administration, will leave the Labor Department effective this week, five sources familiar with the situation told Bloomberg Law. It’s unclear who will fill her role.
