DirecTV Technician Drops Wage Lawsuit on Job Site Travel Time

A DirecTV LLC technician who accused the company of failing to pay for some travel time to and from job sites told a federal judge in Montana he’s dropping the case with prejudice.

Daniel Biggs is dismissing his would-be state law class action and Fair Labor Standards Act collective suit against the cable provider, according to a notice he filed Thursday in the US District Court for the District of Montana, not quite two months after lodging his complaint.
