Belfor USA Group to Pay $1.6 Million to More Than 600 Workers

A federal court granted approval of a preliminary settlement Wednesday to address claims of inadequate rest breaks, meal breaks, and overtime pay for a class of former employees at a disaster property restoration company.

A state class, national Fair Labor Standards Act collective, and its attorneys will share a gross settlement amount of more than $1.6 million.
