A California federal court denied Cintas’s motion to dismiss the claims of a management trainee who alleged that he wasn’t paid for all work done during employment, and wasn’t provided required breaks or accurate wage statements with his pay, in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act and state law, ruling that the trainee provided sufficient evidence showing he hadn’t been sufficiently paid or provided accurate wage statements, and that the company didn’t provide required rest breaks to employees.
