Abbott Labs, Fedex, Others Slated for Discrimination Audits (1)

Abbott Laboratories, Fedex Corp., McDonalds Corp. and Deloitte LLP are among the 400 companies scheduled for employment discrimination audits by the Department of Labor’s contractor watchdog.

The DOL’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs released its Corporate Scheduling Announcement Letters list Friday. The agency annually audits companies that do business with the US government to enforce federal equal employment opportunity law.

OFCCP Director Jenny Yang said at an Institute for Workplace Equality event earlier this month that the agency was prioritizing industries that continued hiring amid the pandemic in this round of audits. Other companies slated for audit include ...
