Weber Packaging Solutions told a federal judge its reached an agreement in principle with a former sales representative on how to settle his proposed class action over the labeling maker’s data breach.
Its status report filed Thursday comes days before the international firm was required to respond to would-be class representative Thomas Janisse’s allegations that the company failed to sufficiently train its employees in the securing of personal information.
