NCR Corp. announced a settlement with nearly 200 executives who alleged the technology company illegally terminated their retirement plans and paid out their benefits in lump sums.
Plaintiffs in the case on Wednesday submitted an unopposed motion for preliminary approval of a class action settlement that would see the company pay roughly $48 million to 189 executives to fully resolve the dispute. The settlement amount includes all attorneys’ fees, administrative costs, and other expenses, according to the filing in the US District Court in the Northern District of Georgia.
