X Partially Revives Lawsuit Against Israeli Data Scraping Firm

X Corp. partially revived its lawsuit against Israeli data scraping firm Bright Data Ltd. after a San Francisco federal judge allowed Elon Musk’s social media company to amend its complaint with new allegations.

Judge William H. Alsup on Tuesday ruled that the social media platform could state a plausible claim that Bright Data improperly accessed X’s servers when scraping data and engaged in fraudulent business acts.
