• Kelley Drye & Warren is facing a lawsuit over a data breach that allegedly exposed personal information of thousands of current and former clients, employees, and others. The proposed class action filed in New York state court said Kelley Drye suffered a cyber attack in March that exposed names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, and driver’s license numbers. • The University of Tennessee system hired Saul Ewing for counsel on Trump administration DEI standards. Saul Ewing will assess policies and activities to ensure the system meets all requirements. (Knox News)
• Bruce L. Castor, a retired partner at Ballard Spahr and bar association lecturer, died Tuesday at 95 of heart failure at his home. An expert on taxes, estate planning, estate and trust administration, and Orphans’ Court litigation, Castor worked at Ballard Spahr for 48 years. (The Philadelphia Inquirer)
