The proposed class action filed in New York state court said Kelley Drye suffered a cyber attack in March that exposed names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, and driver’s license numbers. - Bruce L. Castor, a retired partner at Ballard Spahr and bar association lecturer, died Tuesday at 95 of heart failure at his home. An expert on taxes, estate planning, estate and trust administration, and Orphans’ Court litigation, Castor worked at Ballard Spahr for 48 years. (The Philadelphia Inquirer)
