Brenda Radmacher joined Seyfarth Shaw as a partner in its construction law practice in Los Angeles, the firm announced Wednesday.
Radmacher, who previously was a partner at Akerman LLP, represents construction industry clients in litigation and advises as transactional counsel. She offers experience representing landowners, developers, general contractors, and design professionals, the firm said.
Seyfarth said Heather Frisch is also joining in a counsel role and Christopher Bouquet was hired as an associate in the construction law group. Frisch joins from Pierce Kavcioglu Espinosa & Cesar.
