UPS Women Asserting Gender, Age Bias Lose Summary Judgment

UPS was granted summary judgment on a gender discrimination lawsuit from three women employees working out of the company’s Oakland hub.

The trio were the only plaintiffs with surviving claims after Judge Phyllis J. Hamilton dismissed class allegations from a lawsuit alleging UPS upheld a “boys club” culture.
