Nvidia, Intel, Others Face Lab Tech Patent Infringement Suit (1)

Lab Technology LLC filed several lawsuits against technology giants, including Nvidia Corp., accusing them of infringing its patents for multiple inventions related to mobile devices.

Lab Technology also sued Microsoft Corp., Intel Corp., Lyft Inc., Google LLC, Qualcomm Inc., and LG Electronics USA Inc. June 21 in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas. Lab Tech previously filed similar suits against Verizon Communications Inc. and AT&T Inc.
