Loeb & Loeb Adds Two More Morrison Cohen Corporate Partners (1)

Loeb & Loeb has added two more corporate and tax partners from Morrison Cohen in New York, bolstering the group of seven it poached from the same firm in March.

Michael Weinstein handles tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings. Joshua Saidlower primarily advises private equity shops and private companies in connection with a range of corporate transactions.

Bringing over the group of nine is “a huge shot in the arm,” Lloyd Rothenberg, Loeb’s capital markets and corporate department co-chair, said in an interview. “They really add to our strengths.”
