More A&O Shearman lawyers are headed to Latham & Watkins in London to rejoin a pair of structured finance partners who made the jump earlier this year.
A total of nine attorneys—one counsel and eight associates—moved to Latham from A&O, the firm said Tuesday. They followed Franz Ranero and James Smallwood, partners who left A&O in April and guide investment funds, financial institutions, and asset managers.
