Hilton Hires Ex-Defense Department Legal Chief as Its Own (1)

Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. is adding some national security expertise to its C-suite by bringing on Caroline Krass, most recently the top lawyer at the US Department of Defense, as its new general counsel.

Krass, who also once served as general counsel for the Central Intelligence Agency, will join Hilton as of March 17, the company said Tuesday. Krass takes over a role previously held by Anne-Marie D’Angelo, who joined the McLean, Virginia-based hotel giant as its legal chief in September 2023.
