Harvey Product Chief, Former Wachtell Partner Joins Debevoise (1)

Harvey AI product chief and former Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz partner Gordon Moodie is joining Debevoise & Plimpton.

Moodie joins Debevoise Oct. 2 as a partner in its mergers and acquisitions and public company advisory group, the firm announced on Monday.

Moodie spent more than 18 years at Wachtell before taking leave from the firm in June 2023 to join Harvey, a generative artificial intelligence startup backed by OpenAI, as its chief product officer.
