Greenberg Traurig has recorded its tenth straight year of revenue growth, bringing in $2.3 billion in 2023 the firm said in a statement on Thursday.

The Miami-founded law firm recorded a 6% increase in revenue last year over 2022 when it brought in $2.17 billion.

“Our consistent, record-breaking financial performance over the past decade of change and disruption underscores the resilience of Greenberg Traurig’s platform and business model, as well as our uniquely diversified set of clients, talent, practices, industries, and locations, across the U.S. and the world,” said Richard A. Rosenbaum, executive chairman of Greenberg Traurig, in a statement.

The firm’s strategies allowed it to take advantage of opportunities to strengthen its key practices and industries, Rosenbaum said.

Greenberg Traurig—among the country’s 15 largest law firms—launched new offices in San Diego, Dubai, Riyadh and Singapore last year. It also brought on new, high-profile lateral hires in New York, Miami, Chicago and across the US, as well as in Europe.

Greenberg Traurig also announced that it would elevate 38 new shareholders to partner across 20 of its offices and 12 practice areas. The firm said it would also elevate 22 lawyers to of counsel across 14 offices.
