- Clark Hill adds three-person boutique
- Partner Michael Laszlo to lead office
Clark Hill said Tuesday it has combined with LaszloLaw, a three-lawyer firm in Boulder, Colorado.
Partners Michael Laszlo and Theodore Laszlo Jr. and senior attorney Veronica Vecchio are now part of Clark Hill and will remain in Boulder, the firm said in a statement. Michael Laszlo will lead the office, Clark Hill said.
The Boulder location marks Clark Hill’s 28th office. Detroit-founded Clark Hill last year fortified its Chicago office and added ranks to its Philadelphia operation.
“Our growth strategy for the past several years has been to add depth to existing practice groups and to expand our geographic footprint in regions where we already have a presence,” Clark Hill chief executive officer John Hensien said in the statement. LaszloLaw “practices and clients dovetail nicely with our existing operations.”
LaszloLaw, founded in 2001, focused on commercial and corporate transactions and litigation.
